Shipping:
While most orders ship in 1-2 business days, please allow up to 10 business days for orders to process and ship. Some items are custom made and/or ship from other locations which result in a longer processing and shipping time. All items will ship via USPS, Fedex or UPS and tracking info will be sent as soon as its packaged.
SHIPPING FEES (usd):
Economy shipping is $5.95 flat rate. FREE on orders over $75! The buyer does have the option to select other shipping methods. These methods will be at the cost of the buyer.
All other shipping method costs are based on weight.
Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Drop Shipped items (ship direct to customer from the vendor) are final sale and not eligible for returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@shopoakleighrose.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, drop shipped items (items from outside vendors), gift cards or shipping.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will appear as STORE CREDIT. Store Credit will expire 90 days after issuance.
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount.
